What You’ll Do:

• Create and refine UI concepts, storyboards, detailed designs, and prototypes
• Work with design systems to maintain consistency across platforms
• Design for multiple devices with responsive and adaptive design principles
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility
• Support senior UX designers with tasks like persona development and user journeys
• Contribute to UX research and usability testing efforts
• Apply Industrial Design Thinking methods to your creative process
• Design modern GUIs for web-based platforms and applications
• Explore and implement emerging interaction models such as AR/VR and voice

Requirements:

To be a strong fit for this role, you should have:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on UX design experience
• Practical experience using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Balsamiq, or Axure
• Solid understanding of UX methodologies including user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping
• Experience working with or creating design systems
• A keen eye for typography, iconography, layout, and visual balance
• Knowledge of basic front-end technologies like HTML and CSS
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional, distributed teams
• Familiarity with non-GUI technologies like AR/VR or voice is a bonus
